My name is Michelle and I am the owner of Amare Wig Specialist. I have over 20 years experience in hairdressing and many years experience in Wig Specialising. Amare opened it’s doors last April and our boutique wig room based in Midleton, East Cork and more recently a sub office in Clonakilty, West Cork. We also do hospital visits and house calls all over Munster at a time that suits the client. We look after men, women and children with all forms of hair loss from thinning hair to complete baldness. I felt my business was really needed in the South of Ireland as most of my clients will confirm they either went or contemplated going to Belfast or Dublin. That’s the last thing they need at a difficult time in their life.

When it comes to Chemotherapy patients we are involved in the before, during and aftercare. We choose a beautiful wig that our client loves and when ready we take down the hair in a sterile and safe environment and fit the new wig and cut customise the wig to the clients liking.
